Where are you located and what are your hours?

Do you board cats as well as dogs?

Yes! We welcome both dogs and cats. Each pet is housed in their own private, comfortable accommodations with species-specific care.

How big are the suites? What are the accommodations like?

Our 27 private suites are true luxury accommodations — climate-controlled, clean, and comfortable. Dogs have their own private space rather than a shared run, which reduces stress and allows for a more personalized stay. Our facility sits on 6 wooded acres with an old-growth hardwood nature trail, so your pet gets plenty of outdoor time and natural enrichment during their supervised walks.

What does outdoor time look like?

Dogs are taken on supervised walks throughout the day, including on our nature trail winding through 6 wooded acres. All outdoor time is one-on-one with staff — your pet is never left unattended outside.

What vaccinations are required?

Accepted Answer

For the health and safety of all guests, we require current vaccinations. For dogs: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough). For cats: Rabies and FVRCP. Please bring proof of current vaccinations at drop-off, or have your vet send records in advance. We recommend all pets be up to date on flea/tick prevention as well.

Do you administer medications or handle special needs pets?

Yes, our staff can administer oral medications, eye drops, and other routine medications as directed. Please bring all medications in their original labeled containers with written instructions. For pets with more complex medical needs, please contact us in advance so we can discuss whether we can accommodate your pet's specific requirements.

What should I bring for my pet's stay?

Please bring your pet's regular food, bedding, toys, treats, and any medications they need along with written instructions. Vaccination records are also required — please bring them if we don't already have them on file. Familiar items from home help your pet feel comfortable and settled during their stay.

Do you offer doggie daycare? How does it work?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Doggie daycare follows the same care routine as our boarding stays — 2 walks, 4 potty breaks, feeding, medications if needed, and one-on-one staff attention. Please bring your dog's food, bedding, toys, treats, any medications with instructions, and current vaccination records. There is no group play or socialization — your dog receives individualized care throughout the day.

Does my dog get a bath during their stay?

Yes! Every dog boarding stay of two nights or more includes a complimentary bath. It's our way of sending your pup home fresh and clean.

How do I make a reservation? How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for holidays, summer, and spring break — our 27 suites fill up quickly during peak periods. We suggest booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for holidays and 1–2 weeks for regular stays.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify a reservation. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for standard stays and 7 days' notice for holiday reservations. Contact us directly for details.
